My process of re-invention from a single mother to a singer-songwriter, recording artist, and now – expatriate and entrepreneur. For my entire life, I've been learning to move in the flow. Mindful Joi
I’m not always full of light and love. Some days are really tough to walk and live in that light. Most days are great. Other days are really challenging, but I decided to be vulnerable and share one of my more challenging days. Since moving to Lisbon, I’ve had an amazing time, but this slower-paced life has helped me further uncover areas that need more of my care and attention. The scripture that redirected my focus and quieted my spirit was: “In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul.” Psalms 94:19 NKJV | Real Talk: it quite literally came to my rescue today.
