Nathan Wright (UpLate STL) this was a very fun sit down, we took some time to wind back on the time of Nathan’s days before the kitchen.. spending time in grad school some years, managing basketball for some years to officially come back to St. Charles and hop in a kitchen. The journey through the kitchen, and young days of serving custard in high school brought him to running the UpLate restaurant alongside his friend Jason, and partner over at strange donuts.
