In this episode I give my thoughts on the institution of America, her ideals, practices and the things gone unsaid and done that reared their head on the Capitol yesterday. I give my thoughts and reaction to the storming of the Senate yesterday 1/6/2021 and how unsurprising it was and is to a lot of Americans that are minority. Will we be better to one another instead of trying to benefit ourselves in spite of one another? Does America have the strength to deal with it's past transgressions in order to move forward so yesterday doesn't happen again? We will see and I will pray. 

I catch you guys up on what's been going on in my life since the last recording, my apologies. We talk about the upcoming election, thoughts on the two Presidential debates and the VP debate also. Expedited confirmations in the Senate and the growing list of distasteful tactics being used in the name of politics.

My thoughts on the assassinations of Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and George Floyd. I speak on no knock warrants, excessive force, riots/looting. I talk about a conversation I have with my son and the dangers that he will face, no parent should have to take away some of their child's innocence and replace it with cautiousness. What it means to be black in America and where it has all of this come from. Share and keep listening.
