Have you ever doubted yourself solely because you care what others think ? In this episode I speak on how I struggled with self-doubt to start my podcast and how I continue to struggle today. While self-doubting is pretty damaging, there are steps that can be taken to help prevent or improve it. I also speak on ways to cope with or demolish self-doubt as well.
