Listen for the conclusion of the will of my late Grandmother. If I knew 9 months ago how negatively effect my mental health I would have prepared regular visits with my therapist Megan and started taking my anti-depressants. Do not underestimate how easily decade old emotional wounds can be opened with just a single phone call.
