On The Album Years podcast, long term friends, collaborators and music nerds Steven Wilson and Tim Bowness discuss and bicker about their favourite music released during the golden album years, which they reckon to be from around 1965 to the end of the millennium. Unbelievable
Amazing podcast. It's incredible how you have an opinion on everything literally from Abba ("one of my favourite Abba albums ..." - how is that phrase even possible?) to Zappa.("one of my favourite Zappa albums ..." - how is that phrase even possible?). Warning - this podcast will make you buy loads more albums and worse than that will open your mind so you think that everything has something to be said for it. That can't be a good thing. I could go on.
So: SCHOOLBOY ERROR - has nobody else notived that Tim referred to David Bowie's dramatic Lodger classic "Don't Look Back in Anger" in the 79 episode?
A great initiative
2 lads from the music industry review pop history through their love for published albums. They have great criterium and provide a unique view that combines their knowledge of the industry and their passion for music. I am discovering music published more than 50 years ago. Keep on!

1980 was in my teenage years but my listening brain was very narrow then, these guys really help to open it up again!!!
