The Beginning, Spring, and what is GitFit GitBit or GitFit Tryin'

So in this episode, I just wanted to give a little info on who I am, and what has led to my interests in fishing and fitness. I will share more stories about both as my journey continues and more about my past as we continue on this podcast journey. As much as I want this to be a way for me to reach out to other people, I know deep down this is a way for me to get thoughts and ideas out into the world. That means that I don't want to just get my story out, but I really hope to help others get theirs out as well.
