Hi Floris
Thank to extramilest, I have known this diferent aproach to the way of training. I could know about, Allen, Sambrook, Walton, Cherriman, Fitzerald, etc
I have been running hard all my life, and now, at the age of 52, I am feeling better than ever, since 7 months ago, I am running 160km/week at low heart rate, and focusing my gold on trying to run a 2:35h marathon.
I am high motivated, let’s see if it will become true.
