    Today I am driving home why it is OKAY to feel worthy enough to LOVE YOUR BODY!

    You do NOT have to always feel defeated.
    You do NOT always have to loathe your body. You do NOT always have to skip your favorite foods.

    There is a way out and I’m giving it to you right now!!
