In this episode featured guest Rafael Cruzado discusses topics ranging from the Latin X community, sexuality, LGBTQ orientation, and social constructs. Many times, the very thing that separates us can be the very thing that is able to empower us as a people. People fear what they don't know and resent what they don't understand. Ultimately, as a people one way we can overcome the powers that be will be our ability to recognize, accept, challenge, and celebrate those differences.

Class Discussion
Episode 5 of You So Rood features special guest Ashley Cartwright. Mrs. Cartwright is an English teacher at Inlet Grove Community High School and has been there for the past eight years. In this episode we discuss education in lower socioeconomic areas, under privileged students, and the educational system. Mrs. Cartwright brings a lot of insight on these topics based upon her personal experiences in the classroom. Generally, the education is what allows our world to evolve. It is what allows innovators and thinkers to hone in on their skills with like minded peers. However, the educational system seems to have a lot of faults in not providing every individual with the same opportunities and weeding out the others. Since all know the issues, this episode focuses on how we can tackles the solutions head on.

Episode 3 of You So Rood is entitled, "To Thine Own Self Be True". Our culture and society is a whirlwind of constant commotion. We receive stimulation's from various areas in our environment. Whether it be our career's, academics, organizations, or family and friends. In these circumstances, one may find themselves with the false sense of satisfaction from accomplishments. One may realize that sometimes we engage in arduous tasks just to satisfy our need to feel accomplished. Being true to ourselves means that we give ourselves permission to ignore. We must free ourselves from feeling the need to be everything to everyone. The person that needs you the most is you.

The Art of Craftsmanship
Episode 2 of You So Rood is entitled, "The Art of Craftsmanship". Much like when a craftsman is making their product, they begin with clay. The clay is molded to become whatever object that the craftsman desires. Upon molding the clay, the craftsman must place the object into a scorching hot furnace in order for the project to harden into its fullest form. This episode highlights the ways we reenact the art of craftsmanship in our everyday lives.

Episode 1 of You So Rood's podcast entitled, "Shahzeb's Art of Living Military Minded" highlights the ways in which we allow ourselves to be victims to ourselves. Living "military minded means" guarding ourselves from the daily feelings of insecurity, doubt, and failure. Then being able to channel the knowledge of our self-worth into a weapon in which to fight the negativity of the world around us.
