Track 56 - Get At Me Dog

Track 56 - Get At Me Dog

"I feel like there's still n****s that owe me checks
I feel like there's still bitches that owe me sex
I feel like this but n****s don't know the stress
I lost the only girl in the world that know me best
I got the money and the fame and that don't mean shit
I got the Jesus on a chain, man that don't mean shit
'Cause when the Jesus pieces can't bring me peace
I need just at least one of Russell's nieces on..." - Kanye West--

Mad stuff to get to on Track 56! We briefly discuss Pop Smoke’a deluxe album, and the whole Meg & Tory Situation. We then get into Kanye’s ridiculous and concerning rally comments. That leads us into a y’all about legacy and what you’ll be remembered for once it’s all said and done. The meat of the show is dedicated to our predictions on the DMX and Snoop versuz battle. The battle that seems like it’s only a thing because of their dog personas. It’s a packed one but an important one. Plug in!

Track 55 - We Refuse To Title This Episode "Entanglement"

Track 55 - We Refuse To Title This Episode "Entanglement"

"I want a real love, dark skinned and Aunt Viv love
That Jada and that Will love
That leave a toothbrush at your crib love
And you ain't gotta wonder whether that's your kid love
Nigga I don't want no bitch from reality shows
Out of touch with reality hoes
Out in Hollywood bringin' back 5 or 6 hoes
Fuck em' then we kick em' to the door
Nigga you know how it go" - J Cole--

Let’s get it out of our system right now so we don’t have to say it again....ENTANGLEMENT. Now that that’s out of the way, we can welcome you to Track 55! We, obviously, have to start this episode off with Will and Jada. How could we not? We also cover the arrest of the suspects connected to Pop Smoke’s murder, and the ongoing battle that is Pusha vs Drake. Additionally, we cover “Woke” culture on social media and everyone’s apparent need to stand in their problematic soapbox. Also, shout out to @jsansimusic and @jordanflahertymusic for their emails. Check them out. Plug in!

    Track 54 - Jadakiss and Jada's Kiss

    Track 54 - Jadakiss and Jada's Kiss

"It's Pop Smoke, n****s know me
Keep two fours like I'm Kobe
Is you ridin' or you hidin'?
If you slidin', then you owe me (Owe me)
    Run up, catch cold feet
N****s act tough then call police
I don't make friends, yeah, I make bands
Want some Ray-Bans 'cause I'm a OG" - Pop Smoke--

We have a lot to cover on track 54! We hope everyone had a good holiday weekend. With that, and the whirlwind of different things happening in the industry we decided to give y’all a week off while we so can catch up on it all. For starters we had to make sure to give Pop Smoke props for his new album and executive production of 50 Cent. We, also couldn’t skip over the Fab vs Jadakiss Verzuz battle. Why Kiss do him like that? There’s also NO way we couldn’t cover the madness that is Jada Pinkett and August Alsina. There’s a lot to cover and we appreciate everyone who listens! Plug in!

Track 53 - MacaZONEy and Cheese

Track 53 - MacaZONEy and Cheese

"I'm on some "Fuck a retweet, " most people is sheep
You got all the answers but how you gon' reach?
If I could make one more suggestion respectfully
I would say it's more effective to treat people like children
Understandin' the time and love and patience that's needed to grow
This change is inevitable but ain't none of us seen this before
Therefore we just gotta learn everything as we go" - J Cole—

Track 53 is live! First off, can we cancel “Cancel Culture”? Y’all are the worst. We begin with the J Cole vs Noname controversy. Spoiler Alert: we don’t side with the majority. We also discuss the abundance of music released, Swizz Beats calling Drake out, songs we like but can’t remember, Yolanda Adams having a crush on Busta Rhymes, New York slang, and much more! Also, AO still wants to battle Swizz Beatz. Plug in!

Track 52 - Comic Sans is Disrespectful

Livin' life, we ain't got a care
Told my mama I ain't dyin' here (no)
.40 on me, I ain't buyin' beer (no)
Ain't have a will, now I'm flyin' Lear
Bunch of felons on the jet with me
Make a movie like it's Con Air
    Started off in the basement
Now it's rooftops and LeBron there
    Still fightin' open cases
Out on bail, nigga, but it's my year" - Meek Mill--

As we try our best to return to a state of “Normalcy”, we’re back with track 52! We felt like we had to let our last episode breathe for another week, given the state of the world right now. If you haven’t listened yet please stop this episode and go do so. This week, however, we take time to address Nicki’s latest activity, B Simone’s recent statements or lack there of, Pop Smoke’s upcoming project and much more! We also take the time to congratulate Jazzy Miotti on her recent engagement! For anyone who’s listened u to this point, you should already know her roller coaster of a story lol. ..Oh and we also discuss the disrespect in addressing someone in the Comic Sans font. Plug in!

    Interlude - inJUST-US(feat. Firefighter E-Hos & Officer Lee)

    Interlude - inJUST-US(feat. Firefighter E-Hos & Officer Lee)

"I see no changes, all I see is racist faces
Misplaced hate makes disgrace to races
We under, I wonder what it takes to make this
One better place, let's erase the wasted
Take the evil out the people they'll be acting right
'Cause mo' black and white is smokin' crack tonight
And only time we chill is when we kill each other
It takes skill to be real, time to heal each other" - 2pac--

These are dark times we're in. In the wake of George Floyd's death, the black population of this country have had enough. Throughout the US protests, riots, and marches have erupted due to the unjust treatment of black lives. Today's episode has nothing to do with music. It isn't about celebrity, drama, gossip, or vanity. Its about perspective. We invite E-Hos back on the show to share his view and experience as a Philadelphia firefighter during these times. We, also have Philadelphia Police Officer Lee calling in to share his experiences and viewpoint all while(in real time) on duty tackling the current state of affairs. As two african american emergency responders, we felt it was important to hear what they had to say. 2020 has been a whirlwind and it's only halfway over. Plug in for perspective. We love our black brothers and sisters.
