019 Brotherhood and Camaraderie
This is a conversation with two friends from my college fraternity about how men's groups can be a supportive force in the world - especially if they operate under a code of ethics. What lies on the other side is one of the greatest mysteries that we will all have to face and that uncertainty is very uncomfortable for some. 015 Ayahuasca and the Master Plants
We're back to one of my favorite topics - Ayahuasca. My guest today is Ayah Buonaugurio and we discussed her studies with ayahuasca and the "master plants" during her periods of shamanic apprenticeship. We talk about the processes one can undergo during shamanic ceremonies and vision quests and how to find the courage to do deep inner work, as well as what to do if you feel scared or overwhelmed in the middle of a psychedelic journey. The medicine path is not easy! We go into depth about what it really takes.
