"What is most personal, is most general." - Carl Rogers -

Our idea is to communicate about what is most personal to us and our guests in the hope that you can relate to our experience. We aim to share ourselves vulnerably, to share the insights we have gained from our experience and the discoveries we are continually making by testing our understanding of the world against reality. Through this act of self-disclosure, we hope to come closer to an approximation of the truth and help you live more closely to your experience.

Movement as Therapy ft. Ikaro Palacio Garcia

Movement as Therapy ft. Ikaro Palacio Garcia

In this episode, we welcome the first guest on our show, Nitai's childhood friend Ikaro, who has studied philosophy and is practising Systema. We talk with him about movement practice, its therapeutic potential and we each share about the role it has played in our life.  Nitai begins by giving a short introduction about how Ikaro and he started philosophizing about life and then asks Ikaro and Cas about their relationship to movement. From there the dialogue flows past the therapeutic elements in Systema, the relationship between movement and mental and emotional well-being, the art of living in the moment and finally, the importance of being honest in the way you move through life.

We hope you will enjoy listening to it and learn something from our experience. If you have any feedback or questions, please leave a comment or send us a message. We will do our best to integrate your feedback and answer your questions in future episodes. Thank you for listening and, until next time, Dare to Share.
