For what do I need BBC when I have this

Been listening Chris for half an year now while gradually building my house.
His soothing voice, nice accent and well presented facts help me to cope with the sometimes monotonic building phases.
History was my first love at the university some twenty years ago. I can almost imagine myself back to lectures of my youth, while putting on yet another layer of paint on the walls. Feeling that contextual emphaty to pyramid builders - when does this ever end!
This podcast provides good ground knowledge of general world history from where one might want to deepen to more special themes like the history of commerce, warfare or others.
This is also a good podcast to listen and learn English spoken in an English accent. You can almost imagine yourself sitting in a British pub listening to a local history teacher talking about his trade.

Chris is outstanding history podcsaster!
I've listened the podcast from the very first day and i love it! There are two podcasts that i binge as soon as the episodes come available. The other is Sam Harris's Making Sense, so i think that speaks for it self. Everyone should get some Chris in their lives!
