The topic being argued is "Is Demand of New States Affecting the National Integration?"-now, national integration is quite a broad and obscure statement. A succinct definition of national integration, according to my knowledge, is something along the lines of a country consolidating social institutions, such as education, government, religion, politics, resources, as well as a sense of morality; which in turn, creates the theory that that society will establish a sense of unity among the people, allowing the society to become more peaceful.
So, returning to the original statement of "Is Demand of New States Affecting the National Integration?" Firstly, According to a recent issue of Forbes India, which you can locate with a simple Google search, the issue being illustrated is the need for key policy reforms, as well as a wider ambit of freedom. The suggestion for new states is affecting the national integration for the positive because that group of people whom are granted their wish for a new state are one step further to a sense of unity and "freedom", however, one cannot expect national integration to work for everyone, especially when there is not a solidified definition. With India being incredibly overpopulated, it would seem rather naive to assume that there wouldn't be diverging views and sub-groups that encompass a different vision whilst working towards a sense of unity among the people.
