I try to explain with limited brain power the difference between quatum jumping and manifesting and how you can do it too.

I'm dealing with a lot of anxiety, which I know is being self fulfilled. I decided to try some new methods of guided meditation to release subconcious fears of not being good enough. The crazy thing is I know I'm good enough, but my ego overrides my emotions in old stressful situations, which is where guided meditations to rewire your brain comes in handy.

In this episode I talk about how Christianity messed me up, and how I overcame the trap of closed minded religious expectations.

I went LA then became overwhelmed and left. I'm back in Colorado to continue my dreams of becoming a star.

I thought I was going to jail AGAIN, and realizing I need to make a change on my life and living situation before the universe does it for me, which can be very uncomfortable.

I know my life journey is leading me to LA to learn success from the BEST. That was fucking cheesy, but oh well. I am honestly shitting my pants realizing I am going to LA alone to stay in hostels and make a name for myself as kind of an introvert. I want this though so I guess it's worth the anxiety it's giving me temporarily.....RIGHT?
