Earthquakes were not something Loune Viaud was used to, despite having lived in Haiti all her life. The executive director of Zanmi Lasante, as Partners In Health is known in Haiti, was in Port-au-Prince when the massive earthquake struck on January 12, 2010, and her first thought was to travel to the General Hospital to see how she could help.
