The first week of January 2021 is almost over! Yet, we've witnessed some devastating events.
For me and millions globally, this has caused us to seek ways to manage our stress levels and mental health.
I go through and describe a unique breathing exercise that anyone can try, for 3-5 minutes every day, and experience notable differences instantly.
I explain in detail the benefits of breathing, from our immunity, general well-being as well as our physiology.
To further increase your knowledge of mental health and stress, I gather statistics and information from the NHS (National Health Service (UK), ONS (Office of National Statistics) and end with a quote by Oprah Winfrey.
