A poem always makes life a little better.
It doesn't matter whether you understand it or not. Sometimes one just needs to hear a poem out loud and let the words unfold their magic.
This podcast began as a letter to a friend. A letter it shall remain.

A light within his light- Rumi
This particular translation is by Coleman Barks. It shares Rumi's love for Shams beautifully. I am particularly fond of the way it ends - " if you see me, be careful/ tell no-one what you have seen." Maybe this is why Rumi never wrote his name at the end of any of his poems/ghazals.
