Severe weather update; Amtrak's Borealis route from Twin Cities to Chicago starts Minnesota Today

It's shaping up to be a potentially dangerous evening of severe weather for south-central and southeast Minnesota. A tornado watch is in effect until 9 p.m.

And a new Amtrak passenger rail service connecting the Twin Cities and Chicago started operations today.
