    Welcome to the first episode of Talking Rain. We use peer-reviewed science journal articles to support everything stated on our show. The first episode is about emotional regulation, psychological resilience, neural circuitry and how normalized habits that have strong expert reviewed scientific support of being harmful for profit by big companies has had a toxic impact on them. This show is hosted by Marx A.K., who is the founder and editor of Talking Rain and Asheq Productions, a current MD Candidate, with a Bachelors in Biology and Chemistry from Carleton University Ottawa. The special guest for this episode is Stephan Nitu, a PhD Candidate at Oxford University, who has a an Oxford MPhil Greek and Roman History and Bachelor in Ancient History from University College London.
