A treasure trove of training knowledge!

Mikael Eriksson has built a super podcast concept! The scientific basis for the training logics and tips makes for reliable listening. Also, the varied guest gives one an insight into the all but black snd white world of top end training. I’m inspired by this podcast and feel that my training has improved. I hope this podcast will go on for decades!
