In Summer 2000, Marianne Pedersen, 36, and her two sons, Dennis, 10, and 12-year-old Brian, went missing. After her stepson was unable to reach the family, he alerted authorities that there was a suspicious note on her front door saying she had gone on holiday. On entering the Pedersen home, police found blood splattered across the house. Investigators quickly identified Marianne’s new partner Peter Lundin as the prime suspect.
