Yoga and Emotion-Focused Therapy for Complex Trauma with Katlin Robinson
In this episode, I interviewed Katlin Robinson. Katlin is a Yoga Therapist based in Ontario, Canada. She specializes in yoga and mindfulness for mental health, and women’s wellness. Katlin is also a graduate of our program, Inner Peace Yoga Therapy.
During the podcast, we explored the current work that she is doing at the intersections of yoga and mental health, specifically with a technique known as Emotion-Focused Therapy for complex trauma. Katlin has become increasingly interested in how yoga practices help facilitate emotional processing and resilience as a part of trauma healing.

Symposium on Yoga Therapy and Research (SYTAR) 2024
In this episode, I was joined by Marita Greenidge and Kelly Froio. Marita and Kelly both work with the IAYT, or International Association of Yoga Therapists, and we spoke about this year’s Symposium on Yoga Therapy and Research (known as SYTAR) that is presented by the IAYT. This year's conference will be June 20–22 in Scottsdale, AZ and will include keynotes, workshops, roundtables networking opportunities, and many other sessions.

Therapeutic Yin Yoga with Nyk Danu
In this episode, I interviewed Nyk Danu. Nyk is a Yoga Therapist who teaches Therapeutic Yoga to Misfits, Gen xers (and sometimes Y) who don’t feel at home in mainstream yoga circles: Alternative folks, punx, the rebels, underdogs, neurodiverse, introverts, geeks, and bookworms. Her specialty is helping people with Back Pain and Anxiety and she is also a Yin Yoga specialist and has a Therapeutic Yin Yoga Training.

Yoga Therapy Library with Natasha Aldridge
