This is my contribution to that state of the world. With most of the world feeling the anxious and stressed, mentally and emotionally during our "safer at home" and social distancing mandate during Covid-19, I wanted to help bring some type of peace and balance to our energies. This is what I use to help me regulate my feelings and not freak out.

Here is the 15 minute guided mediation. I walk you through the process I use for mediation. In this episode, from start to finish I talk you through breathing, visualization and intention.

Season 2 continues with discussions around the different types of relationships that queer people can hold.

In episode 18, I talk to Liz and Val about their 17 year relationship. We discuss their coming out stories, bisexuality, raising a child together, sexual intimacy, consent and how they’ve made it work for so long. This episode is truly one of my favorites.
