If starting over is the desire you have then do it it's ok to start over.

My experience this week of reconnecting with a friend I haven't spoke to in about three but being around him was just exactly what I desperately needed. So tonight take time listen to my Podcast and after that pick up your phone or send a text to the person you haven't talked to for awhile; make amends reconnect life is so short not to make memories with the ones you love.

Giving my opinion and outlook on grief reminding you today the feelings you are going through is normal.
