She is a Political Science major at Jackson State University and has dedicated herself to making Mississippi a better place for our youth. Maisie has organized several movements, including the revision of Mississippi’s State flag, the Black Lives Matter Movement in 2020, and now has shifted her focus to the Jackson Water Crisis.
