For those listening to me and my thoughts, thank you! Your support is amazing, and truly does push me to continue this, getting sweaty, and even trying hard! Whatever you do in life, your role, check yourself and see if you are doing it to the best of your ability, if you answered you are, congratulations, and don't stop! ALL GAS NO BRAKES! If you answered you aren't, change it, get after it, you may not be the best at what you are doing, but you should be doing the best that you can do!

This episode is a little more serious of a conversation started than I normally would probably put out there, but it comes from my heart, is purely authentic, and I want to share it with you. The passing of my mom, and the death of a friend's dad make me reflect on how I need to share my love more and I hope that it makes you do the same!
