I was a depressed, anxious, lazy, unmotivated couch potato. But now I'm a upbeat, happy, enthusiastic couch potato. Once again you can work hard and still be a couch potato, trust me I've done it. I am going to help you change your life - it will be hard if you don't believe you can - with the right intentions and motivations you can change for the better. 



We will be covering all sorts of topics, if some don't apply to you don't worry move past them. Only listen to the ones you think would help you. This isn't going to be the classic do this don't do that kind of deal. If you still want to do something I wouldn't recommend then that's on you not me. I'm simply here to help you and give you the push in the right direction, I'm not here to be your mum.
