In today’s episode, I will be unpacking the truth behind the famous quote “hurt people hurt people.” We have all been “wronged” and felt hurt about something that has happened to us at some point in our lives, but it’s our job to make sure that the hurt and the pain that we have experienced doesn’t consume us. “Hurt people hurt people,”but healed people help people.
