In this 5th episode I had an amazing session with one of ou favorite guests - Mrs. Oluwadamilola (Dammy) Omotosho who is a Human Nutrition Specialist as we discussed the topic: Staying Fit & healthy in 2024.
We looked at how what we eat has a direct impact on our health & gave tips on what to do for those between the age of 40-50 to stay fit & healthy. It was an energetic session.

Tots Eclectic: S1E4 - Keep Hitting Don't STOP
In this 4th episode my thoughts centers around the word consistency. I recently saw a Stone Mason who was trying to break a rock & the rock eventually split after about the 13th or 14th blow. The question is "Why of the blows split the rock?" Ans: All of it. You miss a 100% of shots you don't take. So take the shot, keep taking the shot, keep hitting the rock & don't stop eventually you are going to see your breakthrough. Be tenacious like a bull dog & keep the right kind of people around you & you will achieve that goal.

Lagos is the commercial capital of Nigeria & just like New York it has the iconic Yellow Cabs & Mini bases called Danfo. Both cities have traffic jam on a regular basis & your need Order to move around to get to your destination. Are there things you do regularly or things we can bet you don't do? Order brings abundance & progress.
