10 choses que j'ai apprises à 19 ans Safe Place

Cette semaine c'est mon birthday et voici ce que j'ai retenu en 19 ans d'expérience de vie (on peut dire que je suis un grand sage lol)!!
Comme je les avais écrit en anglais, je les mets ici pour que vous ayez une idée à peu près de ce dont je parle dans cet épisode :
• you are in charge of your own happiness
• small things matter, life is all about that
• be intentional with everything that you do
• just start
• If you love life It’ll love you back
• your job is to be as good at being you
• you won’t have all of the answers and that is okay
• do not minimize the role your friends and family can have
• forgive your parents, they did the best they could
• change isn’t easy but it is all worth it and you are capable of it
