Am I Still Saved If I Sin?

Am I Still Saved If I Sin?

Someone recently asked me, “Bill, you said in one of your podcasts that the only sin which sends a person to hell is the rejection of the provision for our sins, which is Jesus Christ."
They added, "If a man professes to believe in Jesus Christ, lives a secret sinful life and even feels guilt about it, but dies in such a state, will he be saved for his initial confession?”

    The Gates Of Hell

    The Gates Of Hell

In the vision that God gave to Bill about hell, he saw prison cells in a place that was like a dungeon. There were rough-hewn, stone walls with a gates and bars.
The Bible indicates that there are actual gates at the entrance of hell. In addition, scripture states that there are bars in hell. Gates and bars would be indicative of a prison, and hell is just that.
Bill and his wife Annette point us to scripture to confirm that hell is indeed a place of torment and captivity.

    Why Do Wicked People Prosper?

    Why Do Wicked People Prosper?

Why is it that wicked people seem to prosper? There is nothing wrong with asking this question as long as we keep from envying them or fretting about it. Psalms 37 says, "Do not fret or envy the wicked. Unless they repent, we know they will end up in hell.
We may also ask, "why do many of them live a long life while others we know die tragically?" Let's not forget that God’s great mercy is for all people. He had the same mercy for us when we didn’t know Him. 2 Peter 3:9 says, “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.”

    When Hell Was Prepared

    When Hell Was Prepared

Hell was prepared, not created, as some people might believe. The word “prepared" in Strong’s Concordance means, “to make ready.” In Matthew 25:41 Jesus said, “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels.'"
The word prepared used here is the same word that God used in John 14:2 where He said, "I go to prepare a place for you."
In the preparation of hell, God simply removed His attributes, or His goodness from it.
Learn more as Bill and his wife Annette explain the creation of hell, and its purpose.

    Lessons From King David

    Lessons From King David

The Bible calls King David a man after God's own heart. Why? What exactly did David do in God's eyes to earn that kind of title?
One reason we know for certain is because David had great faith in God’s Word, and stood bravely before the enemy. He also displayed humility, recognizing that his strength and victories came from God and not Himself. In addition, he didn't just obey God's Word, he had a genuine love for it. In Psalm 119 we read how David's words, "My soul breaks with longing For Your judgments at all times" and "Your testimonies also are my delight…"
Would you be called a man or woman after God's own heart? Listen as Bill and his wife Annette share more about David and his Godly character.
