Happy New Year and we are happy to be back in 2021! This month we are reflecting on how much time we really channel our own energy and spend time with ourselves. How often do you take some 'me' time? Showing yourself some love in small ways every single day goes a very long way and can allow for you to have better attitudes in all other aspects of your life. We have graduated University! Now we have to start a new chapter in our lives and we are not really sure what those chapters will entail but we are glad you're coming along the journey with us. It's okay to not have it all planned out and it's perfectly fine for your plans to not go as planned. It's how we use the opportunities we are given that will make a difference. We want you enjoy this episode and leave with hope that your future will be bright and beautiful- because it will, no matter what happens.

This week we are talking to a long time friend, well- rounded chef and part time teacher, Matthew. Matthew showed a passion for culinary arts since high school and we are excited to hear about his journey. We hope this episode encourages you to keep toiling on, even on your darkest days. The hard work will pay off, we promise!

As we journey through life, we develop bonds and friendships with people that eventually become family. With that, sometimes we take for granted that this person will always be here for us so we fail to stop and appreciate them for who they are and what they have contributed to our lives. In this episode, we speak about the qualities we look for in a friend and just a few ways we can show them we love them.
