#8 - Backstage - NERVES BAND - (DUBLIN) - Kyle Thornton - Supersonic Paris - 12th Jan 24 - "Our first gig in Paris" ‪!‬ The Tracks Society

We were excited to meet Nerves, a band from Dublin, as they played for the first time in Europe - at the Supersonic in Paris.
We must confess that we love noise-punk-psychedelic so much here in this podcast.

Backstage just before their show, we asked Kyle Thornton how they were selected for this special party "They're gonna be big" at Supersonic and if it is a real springboard to Europe ?.

We went "nerdy" when we spoke about their guitars, and pedalboard and how they're experimenting with new sounds!
Nerves made progressive changes to their latest single, "Empty," wishing to play heavier and heavier!

When we asked him with which French band they would like to support, he mentioned Psychotic Monks.
The common point is that they share the same producer, Adam Fox, from Gilland Band.

This was amazing as we had just attended the Psychotic Monks show on the 10th at La Gaité Lyrique, asking them to sign their latest album for Nerves!

According to Kyle, a good fucking gig is, in one word, INTENSE.
This interview was a warm encounter.
We hope you will enjoy this episode with the next "they're gonna be big" band !.
