Food for the brain!

So far I've listened to almost 100 episodes since I started 6 months ago. I'm so grateful to be able to listen to amazing people, top performers, out-of-the-box thinkers twice a week during my hour commute. Like Tony Robbins says, you also need to feed your mind with something that is not junk food and these podcasts are just that: a brilliant food for my mind. It also brightens my day and inspires me to know that people like these exist in the world and are successful.

Awesome Stuff!!

Awesome podcast on nutrition and biohacking. It contains precious information on how to upgrade your energy levels, mood and performance that you won't find anywhere else. If you struggle with mood swings, depression and bulimia like I have, you seriously have to listen to that. Great help! Thanks Dave!!!!
