In this live coaching session with Katie, we talk about how to differentiate between venting and the deeper talking (ie processing) that we do to initiate and continue growth. We also normalize feeling like you’ve outgrown your therapist and discuss how we can tap into a sense of joy and aliveness during these turbulent times.
