Chef Spencer Thompson and Miguel Gauthier "peel back the onion" on the whole restaurant industry, they "spill the beans" about your favourite celebrity chefs and they "reheat the rice". In every episode you'll get a pinch of sweet sweet seggy's (segments), a dash of hot hot guest, and a bowl full of hearty laughs.
