The star of today's episode is no other than the incredible Louisiana-born student, blogger, writer, photographer, cat-enthusiast and soon-to-be RD, Emilie Hebert from @emilieeats. @Emilieeats is an online platform seeking to make healthy eating accessible through mouth-watering, sustainable, plant-powered recipes created with affordable foods that any eater can enjoy. Most recently, Emilie finished her masters in nutrition and is now quarantined in Colorado with her cat, plants, and girlfriend. During today’s conversation, Emilie and I talk about what intersectional wellness looks like and how she brings it to her platform uses her platform in an effort to challenge and diversify the health and wellness space.
