Joining me today is friend and HeartMath colleague Zissis Liolios. Working with Heart based modalities, Zissis has seen significant shifts with his coaching, corporate, and first responders’ clients bringing much relief from event related stress incidents and trauma. This understanding and real experiences of the power and intelligence of the heart has been the driving force. Recently he co-created The Divine Masculine Roundtable on his YouTube channel Elevate Me Academy, where conscious men discuss various topics with authenticity, transparency and honesty thus creating a container for understanding and healing.
Zissis’s purpose and life mission are to awaken this hearts intelligence in as many people as possible, bringing a more coherent consciousness on the planet and by extension healing oneself and radiating more love. One of his favorite quotes by Einstein said “Love is power, because it multiplies the best we have, and allows humanity not to be extinguished in their blind selfishness.” Zissis believes passionately that if we want our species to survive, if we are to find the meaning of life, if we want to save the world and every sentient being that inhabits it, love is the one and only answer. It is the variable that we ignored too long. In this time of great change Love is the only answer.
