Come around you dark souls, this week we are going to peel back some layers and help slay the demons. We all have dark times and battle with internal woes, in this episode we talk about ways to win the battles. Heavy with a hint of humor, but needed "pick me up's," nonetheless. 

This week, on a whim, I asked my kid to join me. Surprisingly, she said YES! I made an attempt to structure this episode but it ended up being shoot the ish. Either way, enjoy the mess that is The Goat (me) and The Kid (her). Random, did you know a baby goat is called a kid? aha ((think about it meme)).
