I recently found this podcast and as a first time Mom. I found it really informative about baby’s & mommy’s nutrition. It’s so positive , I think anyone interested in well being should listen to this pod cast. To be honest I really was worried about weaning and now I’ve just started and feel confident that me & baby will be fine. Thank you

I have recently discovered this podcast and I simply love it ! It is a real must-listen for those interested in nutrition. I particularly appreciate it being evidence based, helped me so much being more kind with myself about my food choices.

I could not recommend this podcast more. I originally found it after loving Rhiannon’s book, which is a must-read. The discussions about not just nutrition but exercise and general well-being are all evidence-based without ever being condescending or overwhelming. They also are surprisingly realistic, and not looking to scare you into a restrictive, one-size-fits-all approach! The podcast really breaks down the benefits of nutrition and exercise on the body and the mind for overall health, and this is such a breath of fresh air and a change from what we usually see which is all about aesthetics. Not to mention that Rhiannon is absolutely delightful - I come away from each episode smiling from ear to ear and feeling refreshed, reboosted and relaxed. I always look forward to each new episode, it’s a highlight of my week!
