The Crow (1994) - Movie Review
30 years ago a small indie film based on a graphic novel became a huge hit thanks in large part to Brandon Lee's epic take on the "back from the dead" hero, Eric Draven. First time film director Alex Proyas delivers a rock and roll action film with such grit. Not only does this movie hold up but it will be hard for the remake to live up to its predecessor.

Minnal Murali (2021) - Movie Review
A superhero strikes like lightning or "Minnal" in this case. A strong story and good direction make up for a bloated run time in this action adventure starring Tovino Thomas in the lead role. We're ready for a sequel!

IF (2024) - Movie Review
Ryan Reynolds can usually do no wrong and when you combine him with the talented writing/directing skills of John Krasinki you'd think they couldn't miss. Sadly, this was not the case for "IF". The new kids? movie fell a bit flat. Check out our latest episode to hear all our thoughts on the new film and let us know what you thought of IF.

10 Things I Hate About You (1999) - Movie Review
Hard to believe it was 25 years ago that Shakespeare wrote this hilarious teen comedy with a breakout performance by Heath Ledger. Ok, technically his play "The Taming of the Shrew" was the inspiration but close enough. The late 90s were chalk full of wild teen comedies but few hit the mark like this film that launched more than a few careers.

PK (2014) - Movie Review
Where does a comedy end and a thought provoking look at organized religion begin? The movie PK brings the laughs but also brings some deep questions on faith and humanity and we are here for it. Starring the awesome Aamir Khan bringing to life an alien stuck on earth trying to find the god that will answer his prayers to go home. What are your thoughts on PK?

Roadhouse (1989) - Movie Review
Before Gyllenhaal there was Swayze. A silly premise of a film about a bouncer that comes to town to help turn around an out of control bar. Not enticing enough? What if we tell you he does tai chi and kicks so much ass? This one has it all. An R rating, solid soundtrack and of course the mustachioed man Sam Elliot as our hero's mentor. Check out our review and let us know what you think of the 1989 original Roadhouse.
