“I’m a bad student worker.” These are the words that circulated Claire’s mind throughout the pandemic as she tried to support her students. Now, she bravely shares what she has learned about herself, leading a student ministry, and how to have faith for what Jesus can do through her.

Over the last year, we have heard numerous stories of students being bold in their faith and others giving their lives to Jesus. Jacob’s story is no different! He has taken opportunities to be creative, bold and challenges you to do the same.

Did you know issues of justice are mentioned all over the Bible? Social justice is a cause close to the heart of many students, but how do we engage locally, nationally and internationally to play our part? Alianore, from IJM, and Ruth, a student IJM champion, share how you can make steps towards tackling injustice, as well as why it’s so close to God’s heart.

In 2020, when hospitality closed and peoples’ need for connection grew, Rhondell was inspired to open a bar, called YADA, to create a space for relationship and conversation. The only catch was, his bar wouldn’t service alcohol. Rhondell shares what he has learned about the importance of building lifegiving friendships, as well as advice for Freshers around balancing drinking, pressure from mates and having fun!
