Black people suffer from a systemic abuse that often goes unchecked and unnoticed. In order to combat these daily Micro Aggressions that target all people of Color,  it is fundamental to not only understand the codified actions in these aggressions, but to also behave within the confines of a Code of Conduct. One specifically for people of color who suffer the abuses and human rights violations based on skin color.
