Episode 87 :How to Grow your Real Estate Business with a Team | Justin Williams  

Justin C. Williams is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Imperium Properties of Keller Williams Realty. With over thirteen (16) years of sales experience and six (8) years in real estate, Justin has quickly become one of the premier executives in the real estate industry. With humble beginnings growing up in Burnt Corn, AL, Justin navigated his way to graduate with honors from Monroe County High School in 2006, and then finishing his Bachelors in Communications from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2010.  

Since starting his career in real estate in 2014, Justin received the Keller Williams Vestavia “2015 Rookie of the Year” award. In 2016, he went on to produce $3 million sales in volume by selling 25 homes. 2017 proved to be another year of growth, as Justin sold 35 homes which garnered $5.5 million in sales volumes, and led to him becoming a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC), a designation given to the top 20% agents within Keller Williams. With sustaining his position amongst the ranks of the top producers, 2019, 2020, & 2021 have proven to be highlight years with selling over 40 homes each year with a Sales volume of $8 Million per year. Justin has also previously served as a Productivity Coach within the Keller Williams Vestavia Market Center, a position that allowed him the opportunity to assist new agents with starting and producing successful results within their own business. Not being one to rest on his laurels, Justin has now partnered with another top producing agent, Terry Mills, to create a power team that will include other agents in order to fulfill the mission statement of the organization "Positively Impacting The World & The Lives Of People Through The Platform Of Real Estate!"    

Active in the local community, Justin has served as a member of Rotaract Birmingham, where he is a “Ready to Succeed” Mentor. He also has served on the Junior Board of Growing Kings Inc., is a former member of the Young Professionals Leadership Council of the American Diabetes Association, and is a Youth Leader for “Young Lives Matter” initiative for For-Word Christian Center.  

Passionate about serving others, mentoring, wealth building, and leadership development, Justin lives his life by the words of Mahatma Gandhi, “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever”. When he is not helping families one real estate transaction at a time, Justin enjoys his down time by investing in real estate, playing golf, reading novels, traveling the globe, exercising, and fellowshipping with loved ones and friends.
