This is Java Delight! With your hosts: Brandon Croucher & Ilse Pieterse and Guest Host: Brett Gordon Today, we’ll be interviewing our special guest, Arjuna Ishaya. Originally an outdoor instructor, I've been a monk and teacher since 2003. My aim is to make spirituality accessible for real people – not only as a tool for inner freedom and enlightenment, but to make peace practical so people can get what they want from life while having the most fun possible. I want to show people how to: + Live life to the full through being present and mindful, + Find peace through the acceptance of reality, + Use meditation as a tool for focus and courage, + Gain deep clarity and wisdom. Amongst others, I'm currently working with the British military and London’s Metropolitan Police bomb disposal squads.
