JUST REALITIES - The podcast that explores the concept of JUSTICE Santiago PEREZ

On this bonus episode (in French) we talk to some of the founding member of the UTTrantision collective at the University of Technology of Troyes (UTT). They have created a transversal agenda that tackles the most pressing problems not only at the core of the university but as active participants on the transition towards a more just and sustainable society. From the impacts of digitalisation to the protection of the local ecosystems surrounding the university, Romain, Lou and Nicolas share with us their perspectives. They also invite all the members of the UTT community to look at their candidates for the next election of the different student councils. 



Dans cet épisode nous discutons avec quelques fondateurs et membres du collectif UTTransition au sein de l'Université de Technologie de Troyes (UTT). Ces derniers proposent une charte et un agenda transversals qui prennent en compte et proposent des actions pour résoudre les défis plus importants de l'UTT et de notre société. Avec UTTranstion ils proposent une transition vers des réalités plus justes et soutenables.  Au cours de l'épisode nous parlerons avec Romain, Lou et Nicolas de sujets comme l'impact du numérique vers la transition écologique ainsi que de la protection des écosystèmes endémiques de notre campus universitaire, etc. Ce sera également l'opportunité de découvrir les candidats proposés par le collectif UTTransition pour les élections des Conseils Universitaires.

In this episode we invite our good friend and excellent dutch entrepreneur Charlotte van der Lande to talk about the ins and outs of her business adventure. She is launching her own brand of furniture called A Lott of Space, which incorporates principles of sustainability and circular economy to design and create modular furniture. Do not miss the soft-lunch of A Lott of Space! It will take place from the 17th to the 25th of October during the online Dutch Design Week 2020.

Charlotte focuses (at this moment) on small urban living spaces and how can they be transformed by "activating" the furniture in those living rooms. After all, have you ever thought of your sofa as an active part of your living room? Well, this folks do, and in this episode, Charlotte shares her ideas about it.

We invited Alexandre Lemille, director of Anthesis Group and co-founder of the African Circular Economy Network (ACE Network) to daydream about a more circular society. He has been involved in the world of Circular Economy for about 10 years now, from participating of the partnership between Cisco Systems and The Ellen MacArthur Foundation, to proposing the Circular Economy 2.0, to working on The Circular Humansphere nowadays.
