Latinas' Lean in Evelin

The focus of this podcast is to draw attention to the ways that Latinx women are introduced to disadvantages within our own culture a young age. This phenomenon is known as Machismo, it is so deeply rooted into our culture that we can see it impact the different various areas of our lives. The rest of this podcast will focus on three different topics where latinx women can lean in to create and enforce positive change. These three topics include addressing machismo behaviors, careers decisions , and cultural awareness.
