After the real estate crash of 2008, Bryan recognized the unprecedented values that were available in the Phoenix market, and began buying single family rentals as quickly as possible.
Since then, they have invested in 30+ syndication deals and now enjoy a portion of the cash flow generated from 25,322 rental units which include self-storage units, mobile home pads, retail strip malls, trust deeds and multi-family apartment units.
Through joint venture partnerships, they have flipped 20 homes. Bryan is currently partnering with a developer and building 37 single-family homes and 52 apartment units in Los Angeles.
